Once you have received a RA number to authorize a return for your item(s),
You will need to assume the cost of shipping it back to us and need to ask for a tracking number when you ship it (forward this tracking number to customer service)
You are responsible for the products packaging, insure that it is done appropriately in order to minimize damage (Use an appropriate cardboard box secure the item tightly).
