CAN I GET MY ORDER SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?

 

When shipping to a different address, the liability for fraud shifts from the card issuer to the merchant (ProteinCo) for 'Card Not Present' sale (mail order, telephone/fax order, and internet sales). We are generally liable for credit card charge backs, even when the bank has authorized the transaction. After we are stung by a fraud, we could have our processing rates hiked, citing increased risk. We also risks losing our accounts with the card companies if their fraud rate gets too high.

In order to prevent shipping delays, we highly recommend that first time customer have their order sent to their billing address or to a FlexDeliveryTM address.

We do so in order to comply with our fraud prevention standards. We sometimes can ship to a different address but you will need to call our representative and we will need a proof of credit card ownership such as a copy of your most recent statement or a proof of ID with your picture and billing address.
